Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
 
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Our transit time is 3-10 days depending on your destination location (Mon-Fri).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
 
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
 
Gift Store AU provides free standard shipping on majority of products all over the Australia. Only few products have shipping charges that will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 
Gift Store AU also provides option of express shipping on all products at extra charge that will be mentioned at check out.   
 
After shipping standard and / or express post, we provide shipment tracking for every order.
 
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
 
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship out the Australia.
